LDL is eclectic team of designers. We provide our team of motivated students valuable product development skills by solving problems and implementing solutions. UT says, “What Starts Here Changes the World.” Our team's goal is to embody that vision.
Our current batch is a group of 33 students—from a variety of disciplines—passionate about solving problems. Our team conducts the entire design process from start to finish. Currently, there are 8 active projects in the lab, all of which were diligently researched and validated by our designers. Entering the Spring 2026 semester, our teams will be working on prototyping and testing solutions.
